Overview
A plan, not a list.
“Anti-ageing” is not one treatment. Fine lines, lost volume, dullness and changes in skin quality each respond to different things, and most people need only some of them — often fewer than they expect.
Much of it comes down to collagen and elastin, which keep skin firm and springy. The skin makes less of both as we age, so it holds its shape less well, lines start to stay and skin loses some of its bounce.
At the consultation a clinician assesses your skin and what bothers you, then recommends the option or combination likely to suit you, in what order and at what total cost. Suitability varies from person to person, so the plan and its price are agreed in writing before you commit to anything.
- Assessed first, then recommended
- Only what your skin is likely to benefit from
- Options explained, including doing nothing
- Total cost agreed in writing up front
- Prescription-only treatments start with a prescriber
- The same named clinician each visit
Treatment options
What your plan might include.
These are the options a clinician may consider. Most plans use one or two of them, not all — and some people are better off with none yet.
Skin boosters
- Injectable hydration, such as Profhilo, to improve how skin feels and looks
- Does not change shape or add volume
- More on skin boosters
Microneedling
- Fine, controlled channels that prompt the skin’s own collagen response
- Used for texture and overall skin quality, over a course
- More on microneedling
Dermal fillers
- Used to restore lost volume or support contour in specific areas
- Planned for a rested look, never an overdone one
- More on face harmonisation
Lines & wrinkles
- Some treatments for expression lines use prescription-only medicines
- A prescriber assesses whether they are appropriate — £149 for one area, £249 for two
- More on lines & wrinkles
The treatment
How a course actually runs.
The same three steps every time, for anti-ageing treatment as for everything else we do.
Step 01
Assessed, not sold to
A clinician looks at your skin or scalp, takes your medical history in person and tells you honestly what will — and will not — help. If the answer is “nothing yet”, that is what you will hear.
Step 02
Tested, then treated
Where a treatment needs one, a small area is tested first so the settings are chosen for your skin rather than guessed. Your plan, session count and total cost are agreed in writing before anything starts.
Step 03
Aftercare you can call on
You leave with written aftercare and a number to ring. A review is booked to check progress and adjust the plan if it needs it — that is where a course gets better, not on the first day.
Before & after
What treatment can change.
The first two are unretouched photographs of our own patients. The one marked “Illustration” is simulated to show the kind of change treatment can make — it is not a patient photograph. Individual results vary, so what yours could look like is set out honestly at consultation.

Prices
Why anti-ageing treatment is priced at consultation.
Because it is not one treatment. The cost depends on which options suit your skin, how many sessions they need and in what order — so a clinician assesses you first and gives you the total in writing before anything is booked. Treatments with a fixed price are listed on the pricing page.
- Assessed before anything is priced
- Total agreed in writing before treatment
- £50 consultation, no obligation
- Prescription-only treatments are never priced online
Questions
Good to know.
Short answers to what people ask before booking anti-ageing treatment.
Speak to the clinic
+44 7487 416555What does this actually include?
Whatever your skin is likely to benefit from — which may be skin boosters, microneedling, dermal fillers or a prescriber-led treatment for expression lines. Most plans use one or two of these, not all of them.
Why is there no single price?
Because it is not a single treatment. You are quoted for your own plan at consultation, and you see the total before anything is booked.
Will I be sold a package?
No. Options are explained including doing nothing, and nothing is sold to you on the day.
Do you offer anti-wrinkle injections?
Those use prescription-only medicines, so they are assessed by a prescriber and cannot be priced online. See the lines and wrinkles page.
How much is the consultation?
Yes, and it carries no obligation.
