Overview

Microneedling, dialled down.

A micro facial uses the same fine-needle principle as microneedling, at a shallower depth. It works on surface texture and radiance rather than on deeper scarring.

It suits people who want the effect of needling without the recovery of a full session, and it is often used as a regular treatment rather than a one-off course.

  • A lighter depth than full microneedling
  • Works on surface texture and radiance
  • Planned for your skin type
  • Often used as regular maintenance
  • Consultation first
  • The same named clinician each visit

The treatment

How a course actually runs.

The same three steps every time, for micro facial as for everything else we do.

Step 01

Assessed, not sold to

A clinician looks at your skin or scalp, takes your medical history in person and tells you honestly what will — and will not — help. If the answer is “nothing yet”, that is what you will hear.

Step 02

Tested, then treated

Where a treatment needs one, a small area is tested first so the settings are chosen for your skin rather than guessed. Your plan, session count and total cost are agreed in writing before anything starts.

Step 03

Aftercare you can call on

You leave with written aftercare and a number to ring. A review is booked to check progress and adjust the plan if it needs it — that is where a course gets better, not on the first day.

Questions

Good to know.

Short answers to what people ask before booking micro facial.

Speak to the clinic

+44 7487 416555
How is this different from microneedling?

Depth. A micro facial needles more shallowly, so it works on surface texture and radiance; full microneedling goes deeper and is used for scarring.

Why is there no price online?

It is quoted at the consultation, once a clinician has seen your skin and you have agreed a plan in writing.

Is there downtime?

This is treatment-specific and the clinic has not published a figure — you will be given an honest estimate before you book, so you can plan around it.

How often should I have one?

It is usually planned as a course or as regular maintenance. A realistic interval is agreed at consultation.

How much is the consultation?

It is £50, paid securely online when you book, and there is no obligation to book anything afterwards. Treatment sessions are secured with a £20 deposit — a deposit, not an extra charge.
