Non-surgical nose reshaping uses filler to smooth the line of a bump or support the tip. It changes the profile rather than the size, and it is not an alternative to surgery for everyone. Filler is the option offered here; we do not perform surgery, and if surgery would suit you better we will say so.
This is an area where assessment matters more than the treatment. A clinician will tell you plainly whether filler can achieve what you are asking for — and if it cannot, you will hear that instead of a booking.

The treatment
How a course actually runs.

Step 01
Assessed, not sold to
A clinician looks at your skin or scalp, takes your medical history in person and tells you honestly what will — and will not — help. If the answer is “nothing yet”, that is what you will hear.
Step 02
Tested, then treated
Where a treatment needs one, a small area is tested first so the settings are chosen for your skin rather than guessed. Your plan, session count and total cost are agreed in writing before anything starts.
Step 03
Aftercare you can call on
You leave with written aftercare and a number to ring. A review is booked to check progress and adjust the plan if it needs it — that is where a course gets better, not on the first day.

Is it a substitute for surgery?
Not for everyone. It suits some concerns and not others, and a clinician will tell you plainly which yours is.
Is it permanent?
No. Filler is not permanent, and your clinician will explain the expected timescale at consultation.
What if it will not achieve what I want?
You will be told so. If a treatment will not help you, you will hear it plainly — even if that means no booking.
What are the risks?
