Overview
Assessed first, then removed.
Skin tags, warts and harmless moles can catch on clothing or jewellery, or simply bother you. Removing them is usually a short procedure — but the step that matters most is the one before it, when a clinician examines each lesion.
If a mole has changed in size, shape or colour, bleeds, itches or looks at all unusual, we will not remove it as a cosmetic procedure. We will tell you plainly and advise you to see your GP or a dermatologist so it can be properly checked first.
- Each lesion examined before anything is removed
- Unusual moles referred, never removed cosmetically
- Priced per lesion, from £130
- Method chosen for the lesion and where it is
- Honest about the mark it may leave
- Written aftercare and a number to call
The treatment
How a course actually runs.
The same three steps every time, for mole, skin tag and wart removal as for everything else we do.
Step 01
Assessed, not sold to
A clinician looks at your skin, takes your medical history in person and tells you honestly what will — and will not — help. If the answer is “nothing yet”, that is what you will hear.
Step 02
Tested, then treated
Where a treatment needs one, a small area is tested first so the settings are chosen for your skin rather than guessed. Your plan, session count and total cost are agreed in writing before anything starts.
Step 03
Aftercare you can call on
You leave with written aftercare and a number to ring. A review is booked to check progress and adjust the plan if it needs it — that is where a course gets better, not on the first day.
Before & after
What treatment can change.
These are illustrations, simulated to show the kind of result treatment aims for — they are not patient photographs. Every lesion is assessed before anything is removed, and what is realistic for you is set out honestly at consultation.

Questions
Good to know.
Short answers to what people ask before booking mole, skin tag and wart removal.
Speak to the clinic
+44 7487 416555Can you remove any mole?
No. Moles that have changed, bleed, itch or look unusual are not removed cosmetically — we will advise you to see your GP or a dermatologist first. Only lesions the clinician is satisfied are harmless are removed here.
Will it leave a scar?
Any removal can leave a small mark. How visible it is depends on the lesion, where it is and how your skin heals, and your clinician will be straightforward about this before you decide.
Does it hurt?
The area is kept as comfortable as possible, and your clinician will explain exactly what to expect for each lesion before starting.
Will a wart come back?
It can. Warts are caused by a virus, so they can return or new ones can appear, and some need more than one session. You will be told honestly what to expect.
How is it priced?
Per lesion, from £130, depending on size and site. The total is agreed in writing at consultation, before anything is removed.
