Overview

Assessed before offered.

Exosomes are tiny particles released by cells, and exosome-based products are being explored as a way to support the scalp in hair thinning and hair fall. The evidence is still developing, and products differ widely in what they contain and how they may lawfully be used.

For that reason this treatment is not priced online and is not sold on the day. A clinician assesses your scalp at the consultation and tells you plainly what they can offer, what the evidence does and does not show, and how it compares with established options such as PRP and GFC.

  • Assessed at consultation, never sold on the day
  • Regulatory position confirmed before anything is offered
  • A clinician explains the alternatives
  • Consultation and scalp assessment
  • No obligation to book
  • If it will not help, you will hear that

The treatment

How a course actually runs.

The same three steps every time, for exosomes as for everything else we do.

Step 01

Assessed, not sold to

A clinician looks at your skin or scalp, takes your medical history in person and tells you honestly what will — and will not — help. If the answer is “nothing yet”, that is what you will hear.

Step 02

Tested, then treated

Where a treatment needs one, a small area is tested first so the settings are chosen for your skin rather than guessed. Your plan, session count and total cost are agreed in writing before anything starts.

Step 03

Aftercare you can call on

You leave with written aftercare and a number to ring. A review is booked to check progress and adjust the plan if it needs it — that is where a course gets better, not on the first day.

Before & after

What a course can change.

These are illustrations, simulated to show the kind of change a course aims for — they are not patient photographs. Response to hair treatment varies a great deal from person to person, so what is realistic for you is set out honestly at consultation.

Prices

What it costs.

£200 per ml. How many ml your scalp needs, and how many sessions, is agreed in writing at your consultation. Suitability is a clinical question and, for some regenerative products, a regulatory one — so a clinician assesses your scalp first and tells you plainly what can and cannot be offered. The published alternatives start at £170 for microneedling with a laser helmet and £200 for PRP.

  • Regulatory position confirmed first, every time
  • Published alternatives start at £170 a session
  • If it is not appropriate for you, you will be told so

Questions

Good to know.

Short answers to what people ask before booking exosomes.

Speak to the clinic

+44 7487 416555
How much does it cost?

£200 per ml. How much you need, and whether it is appropriate for you at all, is a clinical judgement made at the consultation, and your total is agreed in writing before anything is booked.

Will exosomes regrow my hair?

No treatment can promise that. Exosome treatments are a developing area and the evidence for hair regrowth is still limited. Your clinician will be honest about what is realistic for your scalp.

What are the alternatives?

PRP and GFC are both prepared from your own blood, and microneedling with a laser helmet is priced from £170. A clinician will talk you through which is appropriate.

Will you tell me if it is not right for me?

Yes. If a treatment will not help, or is not safe yet, you will hear it plainly — even if that means no booking.

How much is the consultation?

Yes, and it carries no obligation.

Who will I see?

A named clinician, not a salesperson. The person who assesses you carries out the treatment.
