Overview
Two problems, opposite directions.
Restoring volume that has been lost and reducing fat that has not shifted are opposite jobs, and they use different treatments. Which you need — or whether you need both, in different places — is what the consultation establishes.
Where a prescription-only medicine is involved, as it is with fat-dissolving injections, assessment is by a prescriber and no price can be published. Everything else is quoted in writing before you commit.
- Volume loss and stubborn fat are different jobs
- Assessed before anything is recommended
- Prescription-only routes start with a prescriber
- Non-surgical options explained too
- Written plan and price before you commit
- Nothing sold to you on the day
The treatment
How a course actually runs.
The same three steps every time, for fat reduction as for everything else we do.
Step 01
Assessed, not sold to
A clinician looks at your skin or scalp, takes your medical history in person and tells you honestly what will — and will not — help. If the answer is “nothing yet”, that is what you will hear.
Step 02
Tested, then treated
Where a treatment needs one, a small area is tested first so the settings are chosen for your skin rather than guessed. Your plan, session count and total cost are agreed in writing before anything starts.
Step 03
Aftercare you can call on
You leave with written aftercare and a number to ring. A review is booked to check progress and adjust the plan if it needs it — that is where a course gets better, not on the first day.

Prices
How this is priced.
Restoring lost volume and reducing stubborn fat are different treatments at different prices, and the fat-dissolving route uses a prescription-only medicine that cannot lawfully be priced in public. Non-surgical body contouring is currently published from £115 a session. Your own plan is quoted in writing at the consultation.
- Restoring volume and reducing fat are quoted separately
- Non-surgical body contouring is currently published from £115 a session
- The fat-dissolving route is quoted by a prescriber, in person
- You see one total for the whole plan before you commit
Questions
Good to know.
Short answers to what people ask before booking fat reduction.
Speak to the clinic
+44 7487 416555Are these the same treatment?
No, they are opposites. Restoring lost volume and reducing stubborn fat use different treatments, and some people need both in different places.
Why are some of these not priced?
Fat-dissolving injections are a prescription-only medicine, and UK advertising rules do not allow a price to be published for one. You get an exact cost from a prescriber at consultation.
What are the non-surgical options?
Body contouring is currently priced from £115 a session (50% off) and is planned over a course. A clinician will explain where it does and does not apply.
Will I be sold something on the day?
No. You leave with a written plan and a price, or with nothing to buy.
How much is the consultation?
Yes, and it carries no obligation.
